Get ready for a high-voltage festival experience where the guitars are louder, the energy is wilder, and the rock never stops! We'll be rocking out with you at the Exhibition Lands Racetrack in Edmonton AB July 11-12, 2025.

TICKETS

Rockin' Thunder Music Festival Tickets are available exclusively through our website or by calling our customer service team at 1-888-401-4003.

We cannot verify the validity of tickets purchased through third-party sellers, and would hate to see you get scammed. The only way to guarantee your spot at Rockin' Thunder is by purchasing directly from us through our official ticketing partner, Front Gate Ticketing.

Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive a wristband to grant you access to the festival. Please note that wristbands are non-transferrable; each person will need their own wristband.

Light Rail Transit (LRT)

The Edmonton EXPO Centre is connected by outdoor pedway to the Coliseum LRT Station, capable of shuttling guests back and forth from downtown within minutes. Please see Edmonton LRT Service for further information and schedules.

 

Onsite Parking

The Edmonton EXPO Centre is located minutes away from major thoroughfares and features over 3,800 parking stalls. Public entrances are located at 116 Avenue and 73 Street. Exhibitors can enter through the 79 Street entrance. To avoid lineups at our 116 Avenue entrance, we encourage guests to use the 73 Street entrance during large events at our venue.

Parking Rates

Standard cost per vehicle is $16.50. Only debit/credit will be accepted as payment on-site.

  1. Payment for parking is required as soon as you arrive on site 

  2. Note your license plate number 

  3. Parking meters are located: 

    1. Along pathway South of the EXPO Centre

  4. Mobile Payments can be made using Honk Mobile (Zone ‘EXPO’) by scanning the QR codes located throughout the parking lot and inside the venue 

Ensure you pay upon arrival. All lots patrolled 24 hours a day

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the Festival, with the exception of one unopened factory-sealed clear plastic bottle of water. We will have a water refill station inside the venue.

We have a variety of food vendors, as well as full bars serving beer, cocktails, soda, and water. All of our food vendors and bars accept credit cards. 

​

In order to purchase an alcoholic beverage, fans between 18-30 must receive a Drinking Age Verified wristband, available at the ID Checks, just inside the entrances into the festival. This wristband is valid for the full event, so you’ll only need to make one visit and keep the wristband on. *Please keep your photo ID on your person, as a bartender or member of law enforcement can ask to verify your age at any time. If you are over 30, but typically get ID'd, we recommend you pick up a Drinking Age Verified wristband. â€‹â€‹

If you have a true allergy or dietary restriction, please inform security when you enter the festival. Your food and clear bag are subject to search, but reasonable amounts of food will be allowed inside the festival. If you have a doctor’s note or other documentation, it can be helpful to have available upon our security staffs’ request.

If you require assistance during the festival, we have staff available at our Information Booth.
